About Chalet Fondue
Established in 1985, and located in Windham, NY, the Chalet Fondue serves the finest in German, Swiss, and American Cuisine. You will feel right at home as a friendly, familiar face welcomes you at the door. The owners; Nunzio and Kathy, has the gift of making all feel comfortable.
The Rooms
In the atrium room you may dine admiring the beautiful view and a restful atmosphere. The wine cellar offers a kachelofen (traditional ceramic wood stove), Vintage European wine barrels and soothing candlelight.The green room is delightfully whimsical, with eclectic artwork. Suitable for larger parties.
The Staff
Our well trained chef presides over Chalet Fondue’s kitchen, and excels when it comes to daily specials; such as fresh fish and duck just to name a few. His innovative recipes make rack of lamb or veal shank something to write home about.
